Let's face it, working out can be healthy, rewarding and beneficial. Working out can be a lot of things, but its never been known to be much fun… UNTIL NOW!

If you, like most people, struggle with losing weight or getting in shape, then you have to check out Zumba.  

 

ABOUT ZUMBA

Zumba is a Latin-inspired, dance fitness, group exercise program that fuses hypnotic musical rhythms and moves to create a dynamic workout system designed to be FUN and EASY TO DO!

The goal is simple: get people to want to work out, to love working out, to get hooked. By integrating Zumba into everyday life, individuals may achieve long term benefits while experiencing an absolute blast in one exhilarating hour of caloric burning, heart racing, muscle pumping, body energizing movements meant to engage and captivate for life!

The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Add some Latin flavor and International zest into the mix and you've got ZUMBA!  In the past years Zumba has become nothing short of a revolution. Coining the concept of "fitness-party" and making fitness fun, Zumba has spread like wild-fire, and has positioned itself as the single most influential movement in the industry of fitness.

Class times are Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays, from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.  Bring a towel and lots of drinking water...you're going to need it!  Cross training shoes recommended for lateral movement.  Cost is $5.00 per class and childcare is available.  Call Joy Longfield at 808-352-9172 for more information.  Everyone is welcome, regardless of fitness level. To find out more about ZUMBA click here!
